SnapRoomScore uses Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure that your cookie preferences are technically enforced.

- analytics_storage is set to denied
- Google Analytics cookies are not created
- No analytics data is transmitted to Google
In this configuration, the gtag.js script may still load to support consent handling but operates in cookieless mode.
If you accept analytics cookies, analytics_storage is set to granted, allowing Google Analytics 4 to set the cookies described above and collect anonymized usage statistics.

6. Measurement Data Is Not a Cookie
Noise measurement history, badges, and streak data are stored in localStorage within your browser.
Unlike cookies, localStorage data is not transmitted with HTTP requests and remains entirely on your device. SnapRoomScore does not send measurement data to any server.
